Eileen Diem Hoang Fogarty was born in Saigon to a Vietnamese mother and an Irish-American father. She spent her childhood between Singapore and Southern California (San Diego and Irvine).

Eileen's career started behind the camera working as a TV news producer for CNN and CNBC. She then moved on to the stage performing in numerous improv shows and groups, including Smoke the Kitty, which performed at the 2003 Chicago Improv Festival.

Her one-woman show, It's PHUC TAP!, had a successful run in Los Angeles, and then made its East Coast debut at the 2005 New York International Fringe Festival.

Fogarty has appeared in numerous National commercials, short films, and her TV credits include American Dreams, Will and Grace, and the New Adventures of Old Christine.
