About Me

Many thanks for checking out my website!

I was raised between Singapore and Southern California which means I am obsessed with food and addicted to sunny weather.

My career started behind the camera working as a TV news producer for CNNfn and CNBC. I realized I was way too quirky for financial news and started taking acting lessons in New York. I then moved to L.A. and found my calling, improv.

I've studied and continue to study at the improv meccas; UCB, Groundlings, IO West, bang. Improv and The Hothouse. I have performed in numerous improv shows, including Smoke the Kitty, which performed at the Chicago Improv Festival.

My one-woman show, It's PHUC TAP! (It's Complicated), had a successful run in Los Angeles, and then made its East Coast debut at the New York International Fringe Festival.

My web series, Booked It!, was likened to HBO's The Comeback and Sex and the City's Michael Patrick King in Los Angeles Magazine. It's also an official selection of LA WebFest and ITV Fest (Independent TV and Film Fest).

I pop up a lot in commercials and my TV/Film credits include The Secret In Their Eyes, Better Call Saul, Extant, Criminal Minds, The Middle, Anger Management, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

One of the biggest highlights of my career was working with Vince Gilligan whose imagination blows me away. I'm chuffed and grateful that Peter Gould created Mrs. Nguyen. And I'm still gobsmacked that I recently got to work with Halle Barry, Nicole Kidman and Julia Roberts. Stars are people too.

My true idol, however, is Tina Turner and I want to have tea with Oprah! Somebody make this happen!!!!
